1 Stay home, does something like clean your room and or the house.
2 Watch a movie on TV that you like, e.g. Home & away, movie channels or Disney.
3 Go outside and have some fresh air, and play something like, handball, tiggy or hide and go seek.
4 Sit down, and relax so you don’t get bored.
